1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thousand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Thousand. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the app to spam or solicit other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Thousand. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the app.

6. The 1000 Swipe Limit

Thousand limits each user to 1000 total swipes. This is a core feature of our service designed to encourage intentional connections. Once you reach your limit, you will no longer be able to view new profiles.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer

Thousand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that other users will respond to your messages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thousand and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or by email.
